Application fees for conventional housing is $30.00 per person, $50.00 per couple. An application must be completed for all persons who will be residing in the apartment that are 18 years of age or older. All applications must be fully completed, if an item on the application does not pertain to you then these items must be marked N/A.

Individuals interested in one of our Subsidized Housing properties should download and read our Tenant Selection Criteria document prior to submitting an application.

The applications must be returned together with all required documentation listed on the top of the application. The qualification process is generally short, we receive your credit and criminal background screening within 48 hours. Landlord screening takes a little longer because we fax or mail copies of our landlord verification to all your previous landlords within the last five years. We do our best to receive these back within a timely fashion, however these are beyond our control.
